A confident smile graces his gray face while a black mask covers his eyes. Pointy ears poke out from under his blue hat. He wears a long-sleeved blue shirt, boots, and gloves with yellow trim to match his scarf. A red backpack, filled with treasures from his adventures, rests over his curly striped tail.

The packaging shows Sly standing on the roof of a building, looking back cheekily with his cane over his shoulder. The inside of the package depicts a dark blue night sky illuminated by spotlights sweeping across the jagged silhouettes of the city — a motif that continues on the protective case. The figure is visible through a large transparent window on the front of the package.
