Pennywise makes his Youtooz debut — and he didn't wait 27 years this time! The figure stands approximately 4.6 inches tall and holds a lone red balloon floating in front of his face. A sinister, gaping grin reveals sharp teeth, while red makeup runs up over his eyes to a cracked forehead. He has long orange hair that sweeps back and wears a white clown costume with a thick collar and red trim detailing to match the buttons. The black feet are long, giving a distinctive silhouette.

The outside of the packaging shows the red balloon floating between silhouettes of dead trees. The inside is covered in the worn red brick of a sewer, a motif that continues on the protective sleeve. The figure is visible through a large transparent window on the front of the packaging. The collector's item is delivered in a matte, embossed outer sleeve and a specially shaped plastic protector for safe transport.
