Description

Zhu Bajie is one of the most colorful and multifaceted characters in Journey to the West. He often appears grumpy and self-assured, quick to anger and proud of his past as a Celestial Admiral. His flirtatious ways keep him constantly in need of company, and his voracious appetite means he is often thinking about food even in the midst of battle.

Despite his flaws, Bajie is deeply loyal and caring towards those closest to him, especially Sun Wukong. As he grows as a person, he becomes more thoughtful and strategic, but always retains his compassionate heart.
