If you wish to cancel your pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once we have received the final invoice for your product from our supplier, we will no longer accept cancellations. This is because we can no longer cancel the purchase with them.

From prelaunch to release date
In the Japanese market, products usually need to be booked about four months in advance, so that the distributor can be sure of getting the quantity requested. Since it also takes about another 2-3 months from the time a product is released in Japan until it is available internationally, this means that as a European distributor we often have to place pre-orders about six months before launch. And yes – even at that point, stock can run out very quickly, so it is important to be early if you want to secure the product you are interested in.

If the release date is pushed back significantly more than planned and you no longer want the product, please contact us. We will then contact the supplier and see if it is possible to cancel the order.

As a customer, you have the right to cancel these products within 14 days of receiving the product. 
You as a customer are responsible for shipping costs back to us at animefigurer.se.

If the product is not in its original packaging or has been opened, we do not accept returns.
