Hiya Toys' new EXQUISITE MINI Negan in 1/18 scale from The Walking Dead: Dead City showcases the complex character in the sequel from June 2023, where Negan is wanted for the killing of police officers and others. Despite his hesitation, he is sometimes forced to take extremely violent actions when faced with threats.

The figure is dressed in a leather jacket and comes with an iron pipe and his iconic Lucille baseball bat wrapped in barbed wire. It has two interchangeable hands and approximately 15 joints for good articulation. Each figure comes with a randomly selected exclusive stand (one of four) that reproduces scenes with scattered bodies and muddy terrain.
