Before Anakin Skywalker's final transformation on the big screen in Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith™ visionary concept artists explored various dark and menacing designs to depict his fall to the dark side. One of the most captivating alternate looks shows Anakin shrouded in multi-layered dark cloaks, highlighted by a striking deep purple lining—a mesmerizing vision of the Sith Lord he was destined to become.
Today, Hot Toys is thrilled to bring this captivating design to life with the 1/6th scale Anakin Skywalker™ (Concept Art) (Artisan Edition) collectible figure! The figure features a finely crafted head sculpt that captures the likeness of Hayden Christensen, highlighted by a semi-long, slicked-back curly hair implanted with wool material for exceptional realism. To capture Anakin’s inner conflict and fall to the dark side, the head sculpt utilizes separate movable eyeballs and comes with two pairs of interchangeable eyeballs — allowing collectors to switch between his natural blue irises and his piercing Sith yellow irises.
The figure features a meticulously tailored costume inspired by concept art. On top is a stunning black cape with embedded steel wire that contrasts with a dark red-purple lining. Underneath the cape, Anakin wears an all-black look with a tabard made of leather-like microfiber material, outer tunic, undertunic with a high collar, obi, a highly detailed tactical belt, and a pair of long boots made of leather-like microfiber material.
Weapons include a white LED-illuminated lightsaber handle, a regular handle, interchangeable red lightsaber blades, and additional blue lightsaber blades to represent his transition between the light and dark sides of the Force. The figure also comes with a variety of interchangeable gauntlet-equipped gauntlets and a specially designed figure stand, allowing collectors to display Anakin in their favorite pose.
