Cartman has bewitched Youtooz to make a comeback as the Grand Wizard King! The figure stands 4.6 inches tall and is depicted with his arms raised while casting a spell. In his right hand he holds a long wooden wand and a pointed blue and yellow wizard hat rests on his head, with the brim fluttering over his face. He wears a maroon robe with a bright blue belt around his waist and a long blue cape hangs from his shoulders.

The outside of the packaging depicts an impressive castle illuminated against the sky. The inside is adorned with a repeating grayscale South Park logo pattern, and the protective case shows the four boys' faces in the corners against a rich black background. The figure is visible through the large transparent window on the front. The product is delivered in a matte, embossed protective case and a specially shaped plastic protector for safe transportation.
