Pyramid Head exactly as he towers over the world from Return to Silent Hill. His signature, rusty and blood-striped triangular helmet sits heavily over his hunched, sinewy body, with his butcher's apron pulled tight at the waist and the skin rendered raw and veined beneath. In one hand he draws the Great Knife – his colossal, blood-spattered blade – this enormous, menacing weapon that is almost as long as he is tall. He stands on a blood-stained base stamped with the Return to Silent Hill logo.

Bubble Head Nurse exactly as she slinks around the world from Return to Silent Hill. Her signature bandaged, swollen ”bubble” head is tilted to one side, faceless and misshapen, while her blood-spattered nurse’s uniform clings to a body frozen in the middle of a jerky movement. That unmistakable, unbalanced gait – the jerky, staggering lurch she makes as she gropes blindly through the darkness – is perfectly captured, with one arm outstretched for balance while her other hand pulls a heavy steel pipe down towards the blood-stained base stamped with the Return to Silent Hill logo.
