He poses with an outstretched hand while holding the Saradomin Staff. Equipped with octagonal glasses and a blue party hat over his bald head, he wears a long white beard over an olive green tunic and a billowing blue cloak over his shoulders.

The packaging shows him standing in a book-filled library with a map on the back wall. The interior is covered in patchwork stone with vines winding around cobblestone pillars — a motif that continues on the protective sleeve. The figure is visible through a large transparent window on the front of the packaging. The collectible was designed in collaboration with community member @therealracckun and comes in a matte, embossed protective sleeve and a custom plastic protector for maximum safety during shipping.
