Arbiter has made his vinyl debut in collaboration with Youtooz! The figure stands approximately 4.1 inches tall and holds a pulsating energy sword in his right hand, ready for a deadly strike. His gray face has open, snarling jaws with visible teeth. He wears intricately decorated gold armor over his head, torso, arms, and legs, and blue stripes run along his scaly purple body, which is protected underneath.

The outside of the packaging depicts an armada of alien ships over a halo, while the inside is light gray with angular patterns that continue to the protective case and are adorned with the UN Security Council logo. The figure is visible through a large transparent window on the front. The collector's item comes in a matte, embossed protective case and a specially sized plastic protector for maximum safety during transport.
