Peely's slim head shell flares outwards and his yellow body widens at the base with brown knobs at the elbows and knees. The outside of the packaging depicts Peely on a throne with a crown, and the inside has an orange-to-yellow gradient; a white stripe cuts across the protective sleeve and the figure is visible through the large transparent window. The product comes in a matte, embossed protective packaging and a specially shaped plastic protector for safe shipping.

Each Peely Youtooz contains an in-game redemption code for a Bee Wrap. A redemption card with the code is included in the box behind the figure.
