Items marked as in stock normally shipped from our own warehouse within 1–2 business days, provided that your order does not contain products with a longer delivery time.

2 weeks

Products with status 2 weeks is not in our warehouse, but is kept in stock at one of our suppliers.

When we receive your order, we will send you a order confirmation email with more information. If everything looks good and you do not return with questions or objections, we will then place the order with the supplier.

Delivery usually takes 10–20 business days before the package arrives at your delivery location.

Important: For these products the following applies: no right of withdrawal/cancellation after we have placed the order with the supplier, because we are bound to purchase the goods once the order has been placed and it cannot be stopped.

If you have previously placed a pre-order and the goods now show ”2 weeks”, it usually means that the product has been received by the supplier and that more copies are available. During that period, your pre-order is usually already on the way to us.

PRE-ORDER / Pre-order

If a product is still marked as PRE-ORDER does this mean that the item is still has not arrived at our supplier.

You can find the estimated arrival time under the information box on the product page. The time is given in month and year, i.e. when the supplier is expected to receive the goods. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a more precise date, as the shipments often take place by sea freight and delivery times may vary.

When the product is with the supplier, we update the delivery status to one of the other statuses above.
